NEW: Fast Track Bonus available in all markets from 01.05.2024

It’s finally here! The Fast Track Bonus is available in all markets from 01.05.2024!

What is the Fast Track Bonus exactly?

The Fast Track is a special bonus programme for all new RINGANA Partners who have chosen the Starterset Business Booster. The bonus supports those who consistently work on building their business from day one, and it’s paid out in the form of a fixed monthly amount that RINGANA Partners receive in addition to their normal commission.

What’s happening with the me bonus?

Existing RINGANA Partners who have already had the opportunity to use the me bonus cannot also take advantage of the Fast Track Bonus. With effect from 01.05.2024, all new RINGANA Partners – provided that they choose the Starterset Business Booster – will automatically qualify for the Fast Track Bonus programme, but they cannot also activate the me bonus. As such, the Fast Track Bonus replaces the me bonus from 01.05.2024.

Example for Partners who registered before 01.05.2024:

A Partner registered in Germany on 21.04.2024 with the Starterset Business Booster, so they had the chance to activate the me bonus during their first three statement months (May, June, July). In this case, the Fast Track Bonus is not available to them. Returning Partners are not eligible for the Fast Track Bonus.

What criteria have to be met to get the Fast Track Bonus?

To qualify for the bonus, during the first 8 months of partnership, a RINGANA Partner must meet at least the following criteria in relation to their Target Level and their number of personally active Partners:

If a RINGANA Partner manages to meet the minimum requirements for a given month, they will receive the Fast Track Bonus as a top-up to their normal commission. The bonus is calculated as follows: 

If a RINGANA Partner already reaches a higher Target Level and a higher number of active Partners than foreseen for the current statement month, they will also receive a higher bonus as per the table above. However, they must always meet both criteria. If a RINGANA Partner does not meet both minimum criteria in any month during their first four statement months, they will exit the Fast Track programme.

From the 5th statement month, every RINGANA Partner is given two Jokers. If they then fail to meet the minimum Target Level and/or minimum number of active Partners in a given month, they will be granted a Joker for that month. In this case, NO bonus will be paid out for that month, but the Partner will have the chance to continue in the next statement month, and try to meet the minimum criteria that they missed in the previous month.

 For how long does a Partner stay in the Fast Track programme?

Partners remain in the Fast Track programme until: 
1: they fail to meet the minimum criteria in any given month during their first four statement months
2: they fail to meet the criteria for the respective month more than twice in their fifth to eighth statement months
3: they automatically exit the Fast Track Bonus programme after their eighth statement month

 

Calculation of the Fast Track Bonus

Example 1:   

In their first statement month, a RINGANA Partner qualifies for the Fast Track Bonus by reaching Target Level 1, and receives a voucher for € 50. In the second month of partnership, they continue to develop their business successfully, managing to reach Target Level 3, and adding 2 direct and active RINGANA Partners to their team. With this great performance, the Partner will have exceeded the minimum requirements for both criteria in their second statement month, and they will therefore receive a € 200 cash bonus in addition to their normal commission. In their 3rd statement month, the Partner maintains this level, and once again receives a Fast Track Bonus of € 200. In the following month, the Partner once again goes up a Target Level, but is unable to acquire any new active Partners for their team. At Target Level 4 and with 2 personal active Partners, they have failed to meet the minimum requirements for month 4, and will therefore exit the Fast Track programme.

Example 2:   

Over their first four months, a RINGANA Partner consistently develops their business and in month four also manages to reach the required Target Level and minimum number of Partners, so they receive a Fast Track Bonus of € 1,600. In month five they go up another Target Level, but can’t reach the required number of direct active Partners. The Partner is therefore dealt a Joker. This means that the RINGANA Partner can remain on the Fast Track programme but does not receive a bonus for that month. In statement month 6, the Partner manages to meet the criteria that they missed in the previous month, and receives a bonus of € 2,000. In the following month, they can’t make it up to the next Target Level, and have therefore failed to meet the minimum requirements for statement month 7. They are once again dealt a Joker, and do not receive a bonus. In the Partner’s 8th and final month on the Fast Track Bonus programme, they once again fail to meet the minimum criteria with regard to Target Level and the number of personal active Partners, so they therefore exit the Fast Track programme without receiving a bonus.

 Where can I find the Fast Track? 

From 01.05.2024 the Partner Performance Indicator will go live in your Online Office and as a new Business Tool. You will then be able to precisely track your development in the Fast Track Bonus programme. On top of that, it will also be possible for all mentors to see the performance indicators for their downline, and to offer the best possible support to new Partners.
